The KOGANEI MJC Series Auto Hand Changer is a compact, lightweight solution designed to boost robot productivity by enabling automatic tool and hand changes. Touted as the "Lightest in the World" for its class, it now offers expanded payload capacities from 3 kg up to 150 kg, including new 60 kg, 100 kg, and 150 kg models. It features versatile pneumatic interfaces (4 to 13 ports) and diverse electrical interfaces, including new solder terminals with cables, non-contact terminals, and round connectors, alongside traditional D-sub and mini-connectors. The robust design incorporates an anti-drop mechanism, using air pressure, steel balls, and a piston, to prevent accidental tool release during air cut-off, ensuring high safety. This system achieves high repeatability (e.g., ±0.003 mm for MJC60-150 models). Ideal for SCARA, dual-arm, and vertical articulated robots, it supports applications from conveying pet bottles to large TVs. Optional compliance light direct piping specifications further enable rapid workpiece insertion.
