The KOGANEI Versatile Dispensing Pump, a RoHS-compliant product, ensures precise, consistent, and repeatable grease/oil application by dispensing via air pressure to a syringe. It utilizes a proprietary system with integrated flow control for uniform volumes. Dispensed volume is adjustable (0-16 mm stroke) via a stopper. Models MP010 (0.014 ml max, ±0.002 ml dev) and MP250 (0.307 ml max, ±0.003 ml dev) handle NLGI No.0-3 grease at 0.1-0.5 MPa. Wetted parts are SUS303/NBR (FKM for MP250). Its simple design supports manual, electric slider, or air cylinder operation for flexible coating, with fast air bleeding.
