JPR (Asia) was established in 2007 as the Thai subsidiary of Japan Pallet Rental Corporation (JPR). Currently, it serves as a regional hub for pallet pooling operations across Asia, supporting logistics efficiency for both Japanese and local companies. Based on the core philosophy of "reducing heavy manual work in logistics," which JPR has upheld since its founding in 1971, the company is committed to advancing greater standardization in logistics and promoting the shared use of logistics resources across Asia.

The highlight of JPR (Asia) is the "Asia Pallet Pool (APP)," which helps reduce inefficiencies in cross-border logistics. This system allows customers to rent Type 11 pallets (1100×1100 mm)—the standard size in Japan—in Thailand and return them in Japan, helping reduce transshipment-related handling and helping to lower logistics costs.

Amidst rising wood prices and ongoing procurement risks, renting high-durability plastic pallets has become an essential choice for stabilizing the procurement of logistics equipment. Currently, these solutions are now used across a wide range of industries, including automotive parts, chemicals, and consumer goods, and are increasingly adopted to help prevent delays and disruptions in product shipments.
