This solution enables seamless pallet circulation across both countries —
eliminating empty pallet returns, reducing transportation costs, and minimizing CO₂ emissions throughout the logistics network.

🚢 How the System Works (Flow of Operation)

1️⃣ Customer in Thailand rents pallets from the SPRT depot.
2️⃣ Pallets are used for product shipment from the export port in Thailand.
3️⃣ Goods and pallets are transported by sea to the import port in Japan.
4️⃣ Customer in Japan receives both goods and pallets and continues the rental period domestically.
5️⃣ After use, pallets are returned to the nearest SANKO Pallet Rental Japan depot.
This system allows one set of pallets to circulate seamlessly between the two countries,
reducing reverse logistics and promoting an efficient, eco-friendly supply chain.

💰 Cost Structure

- Delivery Fee (Thailand): Transportation cost from SPRT Thailand depot to the customer.
- Rental Charge (Thailand): Rental fee calculated based on the number of usage days before export.
- Relay Charge: Administrative fee for transferring pallet ownership from Thai to Japanese customer.
- Rental Charge (Japan): Local rental fee for usage in Japan.
- Collection Fee: Cost for collecting pallets from the Japanese customer to SPR Japan depot.
All transactions and pallet movements are digitally managed via the TRAXGO® RFID Tracking System,
ensuring full transparency and traceability across both regions.
