DAIN SILVER BPL Process

The DAIN SILVER BPL process is a non-cyanide matt silver plating solution, environmentally friendly as it's free of cyanide, RoHS substances, and 22nd SVHCs, thus requiring no special wastewater treatment. It delivers a uniform whitish appearance with excellent covering and throwing power. Key technical details include a Vickers hardness of 72 Hv, high cathodic current efficiency (90-95%), good contact electrical resistance, and proven heat resistance up to 300°C for 30 minutes, maintaining its finish. This process is ideal for high-performance, eco-conscious matt silver plating applications.
