VERZONE Oil #1022M is an oily volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) for steel and multi-metals, providing dual volatile and contact protection. This VCI-enhanced low-viscosity oil is highly effective (min. 50mg/m²), easily removable, and offers versatile application. It ensures non-ferrous metal safety, neutralizes corrosives, and provides long-term stability with low-temperature fluidity (< -30°C). Ideal for all steel products in storage/transport, e.g., plates, pipes, and engine parts. Specifications: yellowish-brown clear oily liquid, specific gravity 0.87, viscosity 30-40 mm²/s, and coatable area >40m²/L.
