VERZONE IFC-30

VERZONE IFC-30 is a water-soluble rust preventive additive for steel and non-ferrous metals. It effectively inhibits rust/corrosion on metal surfaces in water, even at low concentrations (0.1% for steel), and offers high heat resistance for continuous treatment. A non-sticky film provides transport protection. This clear, light-yellow liquid (pH 8-9) is non-flammable, odorless, and free of fatty acids. Used at 0.1-1% in cooling/circulating water for press/die casting machines and temporary rust prevention. Performance tests confirm 0.1% prevents rust/discoloration on carbon steel, copper, and brass. Drained water analysis shows low COD, BOD, and nitrogen, meeting discharge standards.
