Chugai Ro's Standard Model Series vacuum furnaces offer flexible, high-quality heat treatment for electronics, automotive, and aerospace industries. These furnaces feature modular design, fully automatic operation, and energy-saving mechanisms. An advanced pressure quench system accelerates quenching speed and enhances product quality, while a unique oil quench system minimizes distortion. Operating up to 1350°C with a 1 Pa (7.5 x 10^-3 Torr) vacuum, they accommodate various workpiece sizes and charge capacities. Models support gas or oil quenching, including continuous processing, for treatments such as quenching, tempering, annealing, solution treatment, brazing, sintering, and carburizing.
