The Chugai Ro VS Series Continuous Vacuum Sintering Furnaces are designed for powder metallurgy moldings, offering a simplified and highly efficient process that integrates continuous dewaxing, vacuum sintering, and cooling. This system provides significant advantages over conventional methods by shortening the overall process, saving power, space, and energy. Key features include an excellent wax recovery system with a reflector-structured vacuum dewaxing chamber to prevent wax adhesion and a catcher for periodic recovery, ensuring effective treatment of evaporated wax and preventing alloy element evaporation. The furnaces guarantee improved material quality through uniform and high-efficiency vacuum dewaxing, achieving ±3°C temperature uniformity in the sintering chamber for consistent density, and high quenchability via a pressure cooling method. With a continuous straight-through design, the VS series ensures high productivity, eliminating time lags between processes and supporting unmanned, fully automatic operation. Technical specifications include a vacuum level of 0.13 Pa (10^-3 Torr), furnace temperatures up to 1350°C in the sintering chamber with lower ±3°C accuracy, and various models (VS-20, VS-30, VS-50) accommodating different work space and charge capacities for stearic acid and paraffin-based waxes.
