Welding (ARC Welding／TIG Welding)

We manufacture products with careful welding using methods such as ARC welding and TIG welding. The most suitable welding method varies depending on the base materials to be joined and the welding conditions. If welding is not performed using an appropriate method, defects such as incomplete fusion, grooves or cracks, blowholes, and slag inclusion may occur. We perform the most suitable welding to maintain product quality and strength.

We are equipped with two welding machines.
MIG, TIG, and spot welding are available.
We also handle welding of automotive bumpers, mufflers, brackets, and other parts.
For low-volume, high-mix spot welding of automotive and electrical parts, we use a general-purpose spot welding machine.

In addition to welding sashes and brackets, changing the jig enables us to weld parts for multiple vehicle models.

We are also skilled in welding aluminum and stainless steel.
