AXXEL Engineering (Act Five Co., Ltd.) is continuing the development of a new series of multi-tank precision cleaning systems designed to meet the increasingly diverse and complex cleaning requirements of modern manufacturing.

Today’s production environments must accommodate a wide variety of components, different production volumes, and increasingly demanding cleanliness requirements. To address these challenges, AXXEL Engineering is developing flexible cleaning systems that can be tailored to each customer’s specific production conditions.

The new multi-tank cleaning system series is being developed to address key manufacturing challenges, including:

• Supporting a wide range of cleaning media, including aqueous, semi-aqueous, and hydrocarbon-based solutions
• Automating cleanliness evaluation processes such as particle measurement and residual oil measurement

AXXEL Engineering’s multi-tank cleaning lines can be custom-designed in terms of the number of cleaning tanks, transfer method, and drying method according to the shape of the components, production process, and required level of cleanliness.

We also utilize 3D simulation for cleaning analysis, helping optimize cleaning performance from the design stage.
