“I came up with the idea for this project after actually visiting the worksite. The fabrication itself is simple, involving welding and bolting, but the design incorporates measures to maximize the motive force generated when a person pushes and pulls the cart. In many cases, customers come to us without knowing the cause of the problem. So, in addition to visiting the worksite, we ask them to send us photos and videos of the site before our visit. When I first hear the opinions and ideas of engineers at our head office and then look at the actual worksite, it becomes easier to come up with a solution.” (Mr. Nagai)

■ High-Precision Milling That Meets Strict Tolerance Requirements

“In addition to general tolerances under JIS standards, depending on conditions such as the material and shape, we can accommodate quite strict tolerances.
