Mabuchi Motor has launched its new FS-375VA motor

Mabuchi Motor has launched its new FS-375VA motor for valves used in automotive powertrain systems. The product is designed to meet the demand for smaller and lighter automotive components, while contributing to improved fuel efficiency and reduced harmful substances in exhaust emissions.

This new product has been developed as an enhancement to Mabuchi Motor’s existing motors for harsh operating environments around the powertrain. Compared with the RS-4F5WA, the FS-375VA achieves a 37% reduction in volume and a 32% reduction in weight.

The FS-375VA offers high heat resistance, operating in a temperature range of -40°C to +160°C, and vibration resistance equivalent to 40G. This makes it suitable for automotive applications that require high reliability. In addition, its flat housing design provides greater flexibility in actuator design and supports compliance with electrical noise standards.
