■　Features and Advantages

VERZONE WS-600 is a water-soluble rust inhibitor that provides rust prevention performance comparable to rust-preventive oils. It can protect metal parts for up to 6 months and is compatible with a variety of metals, including iron, copper, brass, and aluminum. The protective coating is highly transparent, so it does not alter the appearance of the parts.

A key advantage of this product is its ability to eliminate the cleaning step. Coated parts can be sent directly to the next manufacturing process, leading to a reduction in operating costs. ■　How to Use

• The solution is ready to use and requires no dilution.

• After application, do not wash with water; it can be dried using an air blower.
• For the protective film to work effectively, the metal surface should be cleaned before application.

■　Rust Prevention Performance Test Results

Humidity test according to JIS K 2246 6.34:

• For Steel (SPCC-SB): Tested at a temperature of 49±1 °C and relative humidity (RH) of over 95% for 30 days. Result: VERZONE WS-600 showed no rust.
• For Other Metals: Tested on copper (C1100P), brass (C2801P), and aluminum (A1050P) at a temperature of 49±1 °C and relative humidity (RH) of over 95% for 7 days. Result: No rust or corrosion occurred.
