AIS-ROM | Real-Time Monitoring of Oil Concentration in the Cleaning Tank

AIS-ROM is a system that measures the oil concentration in the tank during cleaning and monitors it in real time.

By checking the oil concentration in the cleaning tank, it estimates workpiece cleanliness, and by monitoring for abnormal values, it helps prevent defective products from passing on to the next process.

It is an inline oil concentration measurement system for continuously checking the condition of the cleaning fluid.

AI Clean LPC | Inline Measurement of Foreign Matter and Particles

AI Clean LPC is a system that uses an inline LPC sensor to measure foreign matter and particles in the cleaning tank in real time.

Rather than conventional offline measurement, it measures directly within the cleaning process, so the contamination state of the tank can be checked in real time.

It monitors the tank condition from the start of cleaning, through cleaning, until the workpiece moves to the next process, and displays the ISO Code for particle control.

It also displays the oil concentration in the cleaning tank in ppm in real time, monitoring any rise in oil concentration. The oil concentration data is also used to judge the drain step in the distillation of the recycling machine.

AI Dry | Monitoring Temperature and Vacuum Level in the Drying Process

AI Dry is a system that monitors changes in temperature and vacuum level in the tank during the drying process to predict and manage the drying state.

At manufacturing sites that produce many product types, drying conditions differ from workpiece to workpiece. AI Dry checks the drying state in the tank from changes in temperature and vacuum level during drying, and manages the drying process for each workpiece.

By monitoring the drying state, it can confirm when drying is complete for each workpiece without setting a drying time longer than necessary.

It also provides functions related to preventing insufficient drying, reducing maintenance work, saving energy, and lowering costs.

Inline Ultrasonic Monitor | Monitoring the Condition of the Ultrasonic Unit

The inline ultrasonic monitor is a system that monitors any decline in the performance of the ultrasonic unit.

A probe installed in the cleaning tank observes changes in sound pressure at a fixed point to check the condition of the ultrasonic unit.
