FUTABA IS CO., LTD. is the only company in Thailand to hold the Code106 license required for ion exchange resin regeneration, issued by Thailand's Department of Industrial Works (DIW).

Used resin is collected and regenerated at our own factory, and wastewater generated during the regeneration process is neutralized. In addition, metal sludge is filtered and dewatered using a filter press before being disposed of through a proper industrial waste management process.

This helps reduce compliance risks that can arise from outsourcing to operators whose licensing status is unclear. In recent years, Thailand has strengthened its environmental regulations, and proper management of used ion exchange resin and wastewater is increasingly required.

The rental includes not only the resin cylinder but also the ion exchange resin itself, so customers do not need to purchase or manage resin stock. The exchange, regeneration, management, and inventory of resin are all handled by FUTABA IS — customers only need to monitor conductivity (water quality) to operate the system.

There is no chemical use or sludge generation from regeneration on the customer's side, significantly reducing the burden of equipment management and on-site work.

How to Obtain the Service and Delivery Terms

Service Area Available throughout Thailand. Based at our own facility in Samut Prakan Province, we provide delivery and exchange services to major industrial estates.

Delivery and Exchange Lead Time Depending on stock status and delivery area, delivery and exchange can be completed in as little as approximately 2 days. Once conductivity reaches the specified limit and you contact us, we deliver a regenerated replacement cylinder and collect the used one.

Operational Flow

1. Install the cylinder containing ready-to-use ion exchange resin on-site.
2. Monitor treated water quality using the conductivity meter.
3. Request an exchange once the specified limit is reached.
4. We deliver a regenerated cylinder and collect the used one.
5. The collected cylinder is regenerated and the resin recycled at our own factory.
