Product Overview and Features

Dry ice blasting is a dry cleaning technology that projects dry ice pellets at high speed to remove deposits and contaminants. It utilizes thermal shock caused by temperature differences and the expansion energy generated when dry ice sublimates.

• Non-abrasive Cleaning: Because dry ice is softer than the target surface, it can remove dirt and contaminants without damaging molds or the surfaces of precision equipment.
• No Disassembly Required: Cleaning can be performed while equipment remains installed, or even while it is still hot after operation, helping reduce maintenance-related downtime.
• Zero Secondary Waste: After impact, dry ice immediately sublimates into carbon dioxide gas, generating no secondary waste such as cleaning agents or wastewater.
