HB-G Oil Sprayer | Outer Mixing System Prevents Clogging | Long Life & Stable Supply for High Viscosity Fuel
Chugai Ro provides the HB-G Oil Sprayer for industrial combustion systems, starting from basic components.
■ Structure and Operating Principle
The HB-G (Outermixing High Pressure Fluid Atomizing Oil Sprayer) is designed to spray and atomize fuel oil using high-pressure fluid
mechanics.
The device features an "Outer Mixing" system. This means the fuel oil and high-pressure fluid (such as air or steam) are kept in
separate channels inside the nozzle. They only come into contact and mix together on the outside of the nozzle tip to create a fine mist.
■ Technical Features
By using the outer mixing design, the risk of clogging inside the mixing chamber is greatly reduced. This allows the equipment to handle
high-viscosity (thick) fuels smoothly and helps extend the overall lifespan of the sprayer.

■ FAQ
Q1 :How is the HB-G model different from standard oil sprayers?
A1 :The main difference is its "Outer Mixing" system. Instead of mixing the oil
and high-pressure fluid inside a closed chamber, they mix outside the nozzle tip.
Q2 :What is the technical advantage of the outer mixing system?
A2:This structure minimizes internal clogging. As a result, it is highly effective
for thick, high-viscosity fuels and helps the sprayer last longer in the combustion system.
■ Glossary
- Outer Mixing: A mechanism where the oil tube and high-pressure fluid (air or steam) tube are separated, and the mixing happens
outside the nozzle to create a spray. - High Pressure Fluid Atomizing: The process of breaking down a liquid (oil) into a fine mist using the energy from a fast-moving, high
pressure fluid. - High Viscosity: A state of liquid that is thick and resists flowing easily, which requires specialized equipment to prevent clogging
during spraying.
