ChugaiRo's CRism is an IoT package for heat treatment equipment, providing convenient, low-cost predictive and preventive maintenance through remote monitoring and data management. Key features include "visualization" of diverse operational and alarm data, a "threshold setting function" for proactive alerts, and "diverse data analysis" with easy graph creation/comparison. Remote operational monitoring is supported via smart devices. Technically, it uses a dedicated PC, VPN gateway, and data acquisition unit to collect up to 400 data points per equipment at a 1-minute sampling rate, with approximately 10 years of data retention.
