Horizontal Plasma Nitriding Furnace_DOWA Thermotech

DOWA Thermotech's Horizontal Plasma Nitriding Furnace provides eco-friendly, efficient surface hardening. Operating at 350-570°C (max 600°C) with N2+H2 or NH3 gas in a vacuum (<60Pa), this glow discharge process rapidly forms desired nitrided layers with minimal heat distortion and low power consumption, heating only the workpiece for efficiency. It features precise ε-compound control, ion bombardment for clean surfaces (ideal for stainless steel), and easy selective nitriding for EB welded or machined parts. It's safe, requiring no reaction furnace, and crucially, eliminates post-treatment due to no ε-Fe2N formation on the outermost surface. Models DPN-5065 and DPN-9150 handle up to 1000kg, with usable dimensions up to 900Φ x 1500H.
