KOGANEI's new-generation air treatment equipment, encompassing the New Filter Regulators FRZ Series and Combination CMZ Series, along with the iB-Cyclone moisture separator, offers comprehensive solutions for compressed air purification. The iB-Cyclone is a high-speed cyclone type water separator, boasting over 99% water separation performance. It is maintenance-free due to its element-less design and operates across a wide flow rate range, suitable for both positive and negative pressure applications. Technical specifications include ozone resistance and NCU (copper-free) compatibility. The FRZ Series comprises air filters (FNZ), oil mist filters (MFZ), and micro oil mist filters (MMFZ). These filters provide filtration down to 0.01 µm, achieving 99.9999% particle filtering efficiency and a secondary oil mist concentration of ≤0.01 mg/m³ for MMFZ. The FRZB Filter Regulators integrate moisture and fluid removal in a compact design, featuring improved operability and maintainability. Both FRZ and FRZB series offer PCT resin bowls for enhanced resistance to cutting oils and chemicals. Regulators in the FRZ Series are designed for lines where moisture and fluids are already removed, allowing for flexible mounting. The Combination CMZ Series offers four types (CMZA, CMZB, CMZ, CMZF) to meet diverse application needs, from general industrial to space-saving and high-end compact air treatment. These modular systems, particularly the 40 and 50 series, allow for flexible configuration and upgradeability. The maximum operating pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), with regulator set pressure ranging from 0.05 to 0.85 MPa (7 to 123 psi). Various pressure gauges, digital pressure switches, and residual pressure exhaust valves are available as options, enabling efficient and tailored air quality management.
